Social Media Management Case Study
February, 2023 – February, 2024
A telehealth obesity medicine clinic, Found brought me in-house to act as their Senior Social Media Manager, with the goal of generating organic awareness and ultimately driving site traffic for the telehealth startup. Within a year, I increased Found’s following by 30% on Instagram & 59% on TikTok by ideating, creating, and posting social-first video content across platforms.
As Senior Social Media Manager, my role & responsibilities included:
- Sourcing, hiring, and collaborating with freelancers, internal experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute over 300 compelling, brand-forward, social video content pieces within a year.
- Shared learnings with actionable next steps on a bi-weekly cadence with performance team & cross-functional teams to infuse brand & industry insights into content creation, ensuring content impact across channels backed by data-driven decision making.
- Acted as internal expert on emerging industry trends, cultural trends, and social media trends, leading to a 2.5% increase in engagement by applying trends to social media content strategy, to optimize for success.
I primarily focused on TikTok & Instagram in this role, seeing an opportunity to build community and impact on both platforms for Found.

I noticed a trending conversation on TikTok around a mythical side effect of Ozempic known as “Ozempic Butt” and saw this as an opportunity for our brand to debunk this myth, acting as a trusted educator within the broader topic of medications for weight loss.
My role: I ideated the concept and collaborated with our Chief Medical Officer to create a response video debunking this myth. I then edited the video, and brought it to internal clinical, legal, and brand review for final approval before posting.

Inspired by testimonial videos, we asked some of the members of our program to share their experience on Found through a video. Colleen, shared this authentic video with us.
My role: I acted as video editor, clipping the testimonial down to the most impactful part, adding captions, and adding a trending audio to amplify impact on social.
